    • Isabel Beyeler (Co-Founder of 7 Vibes Journey)
      Isabel Beyeler is an event organizer and co-founder of 7 Vibes Journey, an innovative music and dance experience from Zurich that has evolved from a local subculture into an international festival series. Over the past nine years, the multifaceted concept and its community have grown steadily, laying the foundation for the first evening clubbing format of its kind. Through 7 Vibes Journey, she has helped shape club dance culture beyond the weekend, guiding people through diverse musical worlds with vibrant dance energy, true to the motto: “This dance floor is not normal.”

    • Jacob Schümperli (Co-Founder Flightmode, LES DEUX)
      Jacob Schümperli is an entrepreneur, event organizer, DJ, and passionate host from Zurich. With a keen instinct for people, trends, and hospitality, he has a remarkable ability to create memorable experiences that not only meet but exceed his guests’ expectations. As the youngest-ever recipient of the Gastro Award—and the first waiter to win the prestigious “Night of the Restaurateurs” competition—he represents a new generation of Zurich’s hospitality industry. Through successful ventures such as Haus am Fluss, various festivals, and the Christmas Alley Zurich, Jacob has repeatedly demonstrated his organizational talent, creativity, and entrepreneurial vision. Alongside his business success with Flightmode GmbH, Jacob is especially valued for his authenticity, passion, and unique ability to bring people together.

      He has been active as a promoter in the cultural sector for around ten years, having turned his passion into a profession. For the past three years, he has been part of the Nordstern team in Basel, where he actively shapes the nightlife scene. A music enthusiast and dedicated partygoer, he deeply appreciates vibrant nightlife. In addition to his extensive experience in event organization, he holds a master’s degree in Online Marketing & Business Management, which perfectly supports him in his role as a project manager.

    • Katia Pfister aka Smuda als Artist (biologist, DJ & event organizer)
      Smuda is a biologist by day and a DJ and event organizer by night. They are the founder of FLINTA to the Front, a community network that hosts queer techno parties, DJ workshops, and a radio residency. They have established themselves within the underground scene through their unique sound, relentless techno energy, and dedication to community-focused projects. Highlights of their musical journey include performances at renowned venues and festivals such as Tresor, HÖR, Gaskessel, and Maisoui Festival. Their sound navigates between raw and industrial influences, driven by powerful basslines and relentless energy. Besides their love for music, they are an activist dedicated to amplifying FLINTA voices in the electronic music scene and creating platforms that provide artists with greater visibility, opportunities, and representation.
      Katia Pfister aka Smuda als Artist (biologist, DJ & event organizer)
    • Aline Fürer (DJ & Producer / Editor-in-Chief of ubwg.ch / Music and Cultural Professional)
      Aline Fürer is editor-in-chief of the online portal ubwg.ch (Unsere Beweggründe GmbH), which focuses on electronic music and club culture in Switzerland. She is also active in various projects and mandates as a music and culture professional - she was committed in various projects like the 'Techno Worlds' / 'The Pulse Of Techno' exhibition at Photobastei, has written for Groove magazine in Berlin and is involved in various music and cultural institutions and projects in Switzerland - including Zukunft (Club Zukunft / Bar3000 / Waxy Bar), Musikbüro Basel, the m4music festival and Zurich Music Week (ZMW). As a DJ and producer, she is a member of the Zurich label Les Enfants Terribles (L.E.T) and also runs her own music label 'The Pluto Question' (TPQ).
