    • Marina Palacios (Director, Global Label Relations at Beatport)
      Marina Palacios has spent the past decade working in the music industry. Her passion for electronic music brought her to London in 2016 after completing her studies in Madrid. She has built her career across radio stations and live music venues, before moving into digital platforms such as YouTube Music and Beatport. At Beatport, she oversees strategic partnerships with major and independent labels, distributors and key industry stakeholders across the US, EMEA and LATAM. In her role, she works closely with Editorial, Artist Relations and Social Media teams to develop impactful campaigns that amplify the visibility of artists and labels.

      Dennis Jäger is a Key Account and Label Manager at dig dis!, an independent digital music distribution company based in Stuttgart. For over four years, he has been assisting labels and artists with the release and marketing of their music. Founded in 2006, dig dis! has been supporting independent labels and artists in digital music distribution. In his role, Dennis collaborates closely with partners, platforms, and labels, bringing insights from the daily operations of a digital music distributor.

    • SKALA & Theologos (Co-Founder, Amaeo Berlin)
      Amaeo is a Berlin-based record label founded in 2023 by SKALA and Theologos, born from a shared passion for emotional, groove-driven electronic music. Moving between Melodic House, Electronica and Indie Dance, the label focuses on artists with a distinctive sonic identity while balancing melodic depth with dancefloor energy. Since its launch, Amaeo has grown into a platform for both emerging and established talent, with a catalogue now spanning more than 30 releases from artists including FAE (IT), magic.made.by.R, INVŌKER, Ivan Masa, Julian Koerndl and The Yard Woman. Beyond the studio, Amaeo has brought its sound to dancefloors across cities such as Berlin, Barcelona and Amsterdam through a series of curated events and showcases. The label’s recurring compilation To Be Discovered highlights new and undiscovered talent, giving rising artists a platform to share their music. Diversity and openness are at the heart of Amaeo’s vision, with the aim of creating an inclusive community and safe spaces on and off the dancefloor where everyone feels welcome.
