      Mick Wilson has been a driving force in electronic music for over three decades. From his early days DJing in the acid house explosion of the late ’80s to his continued influence in today’s evolving scene, Mick has remained deeply connected to the culture, pushing boundaries as both an artist and industry figure. With a global career spanning over 30 years, Mick has played some of the world’s most iconic club nights and festivals, sharing the decks with both legendary pioneers and rising stars. His deep understanding of electronic music and its ever-shifting landscape sets him apart, making him a respected figure on and off the dancefloor. As a producer, Mick’s music has made a lasting impact, with releases on key dance music labels and remix credits for some of the industry’s most in-demand artists. His sound is fluid and forward- thinking, moving seamlessly between house, techno, electronica, and beyond—an open-minded approach that defines his DJ sets as well. Beyond performing and producing, Mick has evolved into a key voice within the electronic music industry, shaping conversations around dance music culture, technology, and the wider scene. As a long-standing industry commentator, he plays a pivotal role at DJ Mag—a globally respected publication on dance music culture—serving as Editor of DJ Mag Ibiza and Tech Editor DJ Mag UK/Global, alongside heading up DJ Mag Community and D&I initiatives. His insight and expertise continue to influence the industry, extending to key roles with ADE (Amsterdam Dance Event), The Hub Ibiza Studios (T.H.I.S), in addition to consultancy work with major brands, music tech companies, and cultural institutions. Mick’s deep-rooted connection to electronic music ensures his impact remains as relevant as ever, bridging the gap between artist, industry, and the evolving soundscape of global dance culture. Through it all, Mick’s passion for electronic music remains as strong as ever. His journey, which began as a childhood exploration, has evolved into a lifelong career—one that continues to innovate, inspire, and contribute to the ever-expanding dance music landscape.

    • Fabienne Schmuki (Swiss Music Export)
      Fabienne has been active in the Swiss music industry for nearly two decades. After several years working in cultural journalism, she joined the Swiss music agency Irascible in 2009. In 2014, she took over the management of the company together with Christian Wicky, helping to further establish Irascible as one of Switzerland’s leading music and artist agencies. Fabienne has played an important role in shaping the independent music sector both nationally and internationally. She was a founding member and long-serving board member of IndieSuisse, served on the board of IMPALA, the European association of independent music companies, and was actively involved in the phonogram producers’ committee of SWISSPERFORM. Since 2026, she has been leading Swiss Music Export, the national organization dedicated to promoting Swiss music internationally. In addition, she continues to serve on the boards of Helvetiarockt and Kulturvermittlung Schweiz, advocating for diversity, equal opportunities, and cultural exchange within the music and cultural sectors.       Adrian Hoenicke is a music journalist, podcast producer (Helvetica), and strategic communications expert. Alongside his extensive experience as a copywriter and creative strategist for national and international brands, he has developed a deep understanding of positioning, storytelling, and marketing. As the former Station Manager of the International Radio Festival (Zurich, Milan, and Malta), Adrian also brings significant expertise in building international networks across media and music industries. His work has given him a keen eye for discovering emerging talent and connecting artists with the right platforms and audiences. Combining editorial excellence, creative strategy, and a strong passion for music and culture, Adrian offers a unique perspective on how artists, brands, and media can create authentic narratives and lasting impact in an increasingly competitive landscape.

    • Florian von Hoyer
      Florian von Hoyer is Chief Operating Officer of Musikvertrieb AG, one of Switzerland's leading independent music companies. In this role, he works closely with artists, labels and partners on the practical challenges of today's music business: distribution, rights management, digital transformation and sustainable international growth. Over the past two decades, Florian has built bridges between artists, companies and industry organisations across Europe and beyond. He has contributed to the development of companies including Altafonte, PIAS, Zebralution, MusicHub and Musikvertrieb AG, and has been involved in the creation and growth of international industry initiatives such as Merlin, WIN and other collaborative ventures that have strengthened the global independent music sector. Having worked across Switzerland, Germany, Spain, France, the UK, Benelux and Latin America, Florian brings a broad international perspective to questions of artist development and export. He believes that successful international careers are not built by following a single formula, but by combining artistic identity with entrepreneurial courage, strong partnerships and openness to new markets. Alongside his position at Musikvertrieb, Florian serves as Strategy & Growth Consultant for AIxchange, where he contributes to the development of fair and sustainable approaches to rights attribution and remuneration in the age of artificial intelligence. In this function he co-hosts the AI Think Tank Berlin in cooperation with AFEM. In parallel, he has coordinated BELEM, a Creative Europe initiative that promotes multilingual song lyrics and new opportunities for rights holders across Europe, reflecting his long-standing commitment to a diverse, innovative and internationally connected music ecosystem.
