Nathalie Brunner has been working at the intersection of electronic music, club culture, and cultural management for more than 25 years. From 2021 until June 2026, she served as Managing Director of Netzwerk Neubad in Lucerne, leading an organization with around 70 employees. Neubad is one of Central Switzerland's largest independent cultural institutions. Housed in a repurposed former indoor swimming pool, the venue combines a unique event space in the former pool with a club located in the building's former water recycling facility. Brunner played a key role in strategically developing and securing Neubad during and after the pandemic. Under her leadership, one of Switzerland's first municipal service agreements dedicated to supporting experimental club culture and related art forms was established. She also initiated and led innovation projects focusing on sustainable club culture, inclusion, awareness, and organizational culture. At the core of her work is the question of how independent and diverse club and nightlife culture can be financed sustainably without relying on one-sided dependencies. She advocates for greater responsibility from cities in supporting club culture through financial and infrastructural investment, as well as knowledge sharing, networking, and resilient long-term structures. As a jury member of Musikbüro Basel, she also contributes to the allocation of grants for artistic works and music productions. As the DJ and producer Playlove, Nathalie Brunner has been performing internationally since 1999. In 2013, she co-founded Les Belles de Nuit, an association dedicated to increasing the visibility, networking opportunities, and structural support for FINTA and queer people within electronic club culture. Prior to her work at Neubad, she held positions at Kulturhaus Kosmos in Zurich and worked in music and label management in Munich and Berlin. She holds a Master's degree in Arts Management from the University of Basel.

Albert Gruber is a Berlin-based music entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience spanning artist, producer, label founder, and technology co-founder. He is co-founder of seeqnc, a music recognition technology and data analytics platform built to create real-time transparency across live and digital music environments. Albert is also a business partner at THE LAB Berlin, a creative innovation hub that emerged as a natural expansion of the Riverside Studios Berlin community — one of Berlin's most vibrant artist spaces, home to 50+ creatives. THE LAB sits at the intersection of music, technology, and entrepreneurship, and has become a living ecosystem where new projects, startups, and collaborations are constantly taking shape. In 2025 he co-founded revert records, a label focused on forward-thinking electronic music.

Erich Joseph is an organizational consultant working at the intersection of mental health prevention and the cultural industries. From 2023–2025 he led "Mental Health in Clubs" at Clubcommission Berlin — a research-based program developed with Charité Berlin's Psychosomatic Clinic, FernUni Hagen and the German Psychological Academy, piloted across Tresor, OHM, Renate, RSO and SchwuZ, and published as a 68-page handbook in November 2025. He now runs Human Works Lab, advising nightclubs, festivals and cultural venues in Berlin and internationally on a principle: structure is care. His work translates psychosocial risk research into operational frameworks managers and teams can actually use; shift design, peer support, decision-making participation, resilience trainings. This is currently being scaled into a digital diagnostic tool for cultural teams. Emiko Gejic is a creative, cultural producer, and activist from Berlin, committed to amplifying the city’s diverse cultural landscapes. She is the founder of Berlinsidestories, managing director of Urbane Praxis and executive board member and official spokesperson of the Berlin Clubcommission, where she advocates for the protection and recognition of Berlin’s nightlife, subcultures, and club culture through advocacy, communication, and strategies. With a background in cultural studies, sociology, and urban studies, Emiko works at the intersection of art, activism, and urban research. Her practice includes curating events, public speaking, and consulting on cultural policy and creative industries. Emiko’s work centers on grassroots movements and inclusive narratives to shape more equitable and sustainable urban futures.
