    • Ralf Kollmann (Founder Mobilee & I-AM-MGMT, Berlin)
Ralf Kollmann formed mobilee in partnership with Anja Schneider, and what began as a side project quickly expanded into a fully fledged career as mobilee blossomed from a small, homegrown label into a full music and entertainment enterprise. mobilee is committed to facing the realities of rapid change within the music industry and adapts to technological and cultural transformations through a continual process of reinvention. More a fully fledged company than just a traditional record label, mobilee looks towards an integrated clubbing experience, bringing label management, artist management, publishing, promo, and artist studios together under one roof, while placing an explicit primacy on developing and utilizing innovative modes of music distribution and promotion for its artists. 2025 marks the 20th anniversary of the label, and it is still going and growing. Kollmann works tirelessly behind the scenes to hone the mobilee sound, championing the label’s artists and unearthing future forward new talent that will contribute to pushing the mobilee vision forward. Unafraid to journey off the well worn path, he continues to move the label and its ever growing collective in dynamic directions. In 2015, he became an Executive Board Member of AFEM (Association For Electronic Music), representing the Rights Holders section and pushing the Get Played Get Paid initiative, which aims to change the distribution of royalty fees by connecting track identification technology to the global system of collecting societies such as GEMA, SACEM, PRS, etc. In 2017, he also joined the Board of Bridges For Music, a nonprofit organization building an academy for music education and entrepreneurship in Langa, Cape Town, South Africa. His artist management company, I-AM-MGMT (Individual Artist and Music Management), looks after artists such as Anja Schneider, Rodriguez Jr., Squire, M.E.M.O., and all connected label brand activities.

    • Anja Schneider
Icon of electronic music, Anja Schneider is a influential figure in Germany’s electronic music scene—DJ, producer, label owner, radio host, and event organizer with over two decades of experience. Her journey began in the early 1990s in Berlin, inspired by a night at the legendary Club Tresor. Soon after, she became part of the scene—initially as a radio host, later as a DJ. With shows like Love Radio and Dance Under The Blue Moon on Radio Fritz, she played a significant role in shaping Berlin's club culture. Alongside her radio work, she launched her DJ career, overcoming initial challenges and quickly achieving success. As co-founder of the Mobilee label from 2005, she supported international talents like Solomun and Maya Jane Coles and released her own productions, including the album Beyond The Valley. In 2017, she founded her own label, Sous Music, which reflects her personal style and provides a platform for international artists. At the same time, she expanded her radio project Club Room—now available on Apple Music—and launched the podcast Backstage, where industry topics are openly discussed. Anja Schneider is in demand worldwide—from fabric London to Ultra Miami—and remains deeply connected to the Berlin scene. In 2024, she returned to her roots with her party series PuMp at OHM Berlin: innovative, intimate, and filled with passion for new sounds, perspectives, and talents.

    • Radio Slave
As Radio Slave, amongst other monikers, Matt Edwards has made some of the defining music of modern club culture. It’s not only his production and DJ work that makes Edwards so revered though, his label REKIDS has been hugelyprolific and respected since its inception in 2006. Aside from his handful of appearances on leading imprints like Running Back and R&S, as well as some much-loved remixes, Edwards has concentrated the vast majority of his output to his own label. This approach has given him an instantly-recognisable and singular discography, a go-to artist for DJs across the house and techno worlds. With REKIDS, he has been driving fresh talent to the forefront, including some of the industry’s biggest names like Nina Kraviz. Diving into the back catalogue is like a house and techno encyclopedia: Robert Hood, Joe Claussell, Mr G, Carl Craig, Kenny Larkin, Gerd Janson, Chris Liebing, Speedy J, Len Faki, Mike Banks (Underground Resistance) and many more have all released music under the label’s banner, gaining a highly-devoted following.
