Yvonne DünkiAs Managing Director of the Swiss Performers' Foundation, Yvonne Dünki is dedicated to representing and advancing the interests of performers in Switzerland. She also serves as Co-President of the OnThur association and as a board member of PETZI, the umbrella association of Swiss music clubs and festivals. For more than 20 years, Yvonne has played a key role in shaping Switzerland's cultural and music landscape in a wide range of capacities. She headed the conference programme of the m4music Pop Music Festival and held management and communications positions at bee-flat in PROGR Bern, as well as management and sponsorship roles at the Winterthur Music Festival Weeks (Winterthurer Musikfestwochen). Over many years, she was also responsible for the artistic programme of Gaswerk Cultural Centre in Winterthur.

David Burger (SONART)David Burger studied law at the University of Basel, specializing in intellectual property and contract law. He currently works at SONART as a legal consultant and project manager, where he focuses on music in film and media. Alongside his legal career, David Burger brings over twenty years of experience as a touring musician and as an entrepreneur. This practical perspective has deeply informed his understanding of the music industry from both the artistic and business side. David Burger is also co-managing director of Radicalis, a Swiss music agency dedicated to promoting and exporting Swiss music on an international level. In addition to his professional activities, David Burger has been engaged in industry advocacy and organizational work. He served on the board of the Swiss Music Council, contributing to cultural policy discussions and the strengthening of the Swiss music ecosystem. Furthermore, he co-founded and previously co-managed MMFSuisse, the association of Swiss Music Managers.

Andy PrinzAndy Prinz is a Swiss music executive, producer, and music-tech advisor with more than 30 years of experience in the international music industry. As a multi-platinum and gold-certified producer and A&R executive, he played a key role in the success of numerous artists and founded the independent music publishing company Andy Prinz Publishing in 1999. Today, he operates at the intersection of music, rights management, and technology, advising an international ecosystem of music-tech startups. His work also focuses on artificial intelligence, coding, and agentic architecture, exploring how emerging technologies are transforming the music business. At Zurich Music Week, Andy represents Pro Conecta and its Streamify platform—a music recognition technology based on audio fingerprinting that automatically and tamper-proof captures real-world music usage, including DJ sets in clubs and live events, even offline. Through direct API integration with collective management organizations such as SUISA, Streamify automates usage reporting, providing the reliable data foundation needed for fair and accurate royalty distribution.

Fabio Baechtold (Director FONDATION SUISA)Since July 2026, Fabio Baechtold has served as Director of FONDATION SUISA. He is responsible for the foundation's day-to-day operations and works closely with the Foundation Board to shape the strategic development of its funding activities. Prior to this role, he spent nearly two decades shaping Switzerland's jazz and cultural landscape. He served as Executive Director of BeJazz, led projects for the association Suisse Diagonales Jazz, and contributed to numerous expert committees and juries. During this time, he co-developed and established a wide range of concert and festival formats. Drawing on his extensive experience as a music promoter and cultural funding professional, Fabio Baechtold combines in-depth knowledge of Switzerland's music ecosystem with a broad perspective on cultural policy, music funding, and the framework conditions that support artistic creation.
